Today brings us to the end of September. I wanted to have an image with a nod towards Autumn but the trees are not quite ready yet for taking photos of my own. Saw this on a search & thought i had to share with you this cute little fellow!

With a slightly daunting birthday round the corner (*whispers 4-0) I was wondering what to do to celebrate, Never one for clubbing & not keen on pubbing it either I decided I would try to be like a posh person & go for afternoon tea. I chose South Lodge Hotel ( Amazing ) & went with 4 of the loveliest people I know ( 1 was my mum so I have to say that but the rest really are ;-).
Not sure what I am actually laughing it but I do know it was a wonderful afternoon spent with people I don't have to pretend with at all. Thank you all for helping me to break in the nasty birthday more gently!

Just O-M-Gee at these "Patsy Heels"  from Boden. I so need them in my life , although i think my bank account may say differently. The red version are gorgeous but these ones are seriously stunning!! Just gonna sit here & drool over them all day!

We really needed to sort out the shoes in our very small entrance hall.

This cupboard has done a good job for the kids shoes, trainers & other small shoes but we needed something else for Robs shoes plus my knee high boots. This rack from Argos at just £4.99 was a great solution. Now my hallway is all sparkly & free of random shoes... for now.

I have always been a geek when it comes to all things stationary & so it was  I got very excited when I spotted this diary in Wilkinson today. A 2014 Diary, a whole pad dedicated to notes ( oh the lists I can make!!!) AND it also come with a pen. I have died on gone to heaven - I may need to get out more actually.

Today I am craving cheese & baguette - no I am not pregnant, I just read my book yesterday & they were having a picnic in the park with bread & cheese. That was enough for me to think about it for the rest of the day & until I could get to the shop this morning. The vanilla latte just fell off the shelf in to my trolley - not sure how that happened but i would have felt bad making it stay behind.

Bradley got his yellow certificate today in assembly. He only told us at 8am this morning. Luckily Daddy had not left for work so he was able to stay at home with Finley so I could do my proud mummy bit. What a lovely start to the weekend.

Photo A Day September | DAY 9 | Calming Moments

As today is the 1st proper week for Finley at pre-school & the drop off did not go so well at all I have decided my nerves need some more calming. I have turned to You Tube & some of my favourite Vloggers. At the moment I am watching ELAINE. I adore her vlogs & know that she will help me to get through the next hour so much better!!!
